Paxar/EMCO Deal Done
White Plains, N.Y.–based Paxar Corp.—maker of a variety of tags, labels and labeling systems—completed its purchase of EMCO Labels in a cash transaction for an undisclosed sum. EMCO, which produces handheld and thermal label products, has annual sales of approximately $6 million.
