SFA Closures
The Saks Fifth Avenue store in the Nicollet Mall in Minneapolis will close in January, according to the upscale retailer’s parent company, Birmingham, Ala.–based Saks Inc. The shuttering follows several other closures for the high-end retailer, which recently announced plans to close eight Saks Fifth Avenue stores and three Off Fifth stores. After the closures, the company will have 55 Saks Fifth Avenue stores and 52 Off Fifth stores remaining.
