Sew Down Issues Call for Designers
Sew Down, the fashion, music and art show and urban apparel marketplace organized by Los Angeles designer Atousa, is looking for designers and lines to participate in the upcoming runway show or in the marketplace.
The event is set for Nov. 7 at the Hollywood Athletic Club in Los Angeles, and organizers are planning to show 15 designers on the runway and 30 or more vendors selling jewelry, apparel, footwear, music and art in the marketplace.
The event will run from 6 p.m. to 2 a.m. and will also feature dancers, performance artists, street artists, multimedia presentations, live visual artists and several deejays including DJ Colette, Roy Davis Jr., DJ Sol, Akiko, Scott K., Benjamin, Valdez, Solar and Galan.
