PVH to Buy Arrow
New York–based Phillips–Van Heusen Corp. has struck a deal with the Cluett American Group to buy the Arrow dress-shirt and sportswear brand for $70 million. PVH’s holdings include the Calvin Klein, Van Heusen, Izod, Bass and G.H. Bass & Co. brands. The company’s licensed lines include Geoffrey Beene, Arrow, Kenneth Cole New York, Kenneth Cole Reaction, BCBG Max Azria, BCBG Attitude, MICHAEL Michael Kors, Sean Jean and Chaps.
