Barneys and Jones
New York–based Jones Apparel Group inked a merger deal with retailer Barneys New York for approximately $400 million. The merger brings Barneys’ 21 Barneys New York stores, four Co-Op Barneys New York and 11 outlet stores under the Jones umbrella.
