COO with Sole
Lake Forest–based footwear maker Sole Technology has hired Paul Migaki as its new chief operating officer after a two-year search. Migaki spent more than 10 years with Beaverton, Ore.–based footwear giant Nike, serving as president of Nike’s footwear and apparel business in Japan and as general manager of Nike’s U.S. equipment division.
