Eastern Exposure
The turquoise art deco landmark Eastern Columbia Building, located at Ninth Street and Broadway in downtown Los Angeles, is slated for a condo conversion. The Kor Group, the potential new owner of the 13-story building, built in 1929, hopes to begin a $50 million redevelopment project in August.
