Laundry Footwear
Laundry by Shelli Segal is adding shoes to its collection. The Los Angeles company, which operates under the Liz Claiborne umbrella, has licensed Titan Industries Ltd. of Huntington Beach, Calif., to design, manufacture and distribute a shoe line under the Laundry by Shelli Segal label. The collection will launch to the trade at the August World Shoe Association show in Las Vegas and will be available in department and specialty stores with the label’s Resort 2005 line. Titan Chief Executive Joe Ouaknine, who previously headed footwear production for Guess? Inc., will oversee production of the Laundry footwear.
