Fake Croc
New York–based Lacoste USA announced that the U.S. Marshals Service had seized $170,000 in counterfeit Lacoste apparel during a sweep of raids across Puerto Rico. The counterfeit pieces, many emblazoned with the familiar Lacoste crocodile logo, were seized from flea markets, Internet retailers, wholesalers, street vendors and storefront establishments.
