Wet Seal's CEO
Foothill Ranch–based retail chain The Wet Seal Inc. named Joel N. Waller chief executive officer, replacing interim CEO Joseph Deckop, who will remain with the company. Waller, who begins as CEO in February, is currently chairman of Wilsons The Leather Experts Inc.
