Russell Buys Brooks
Atlanta-based Russell Athletic has inked a deal with Brooks Sports Inc. to purchase the Bothell, Wash.–based running-gear maker for approximately $115 million. Brooks, founded in 1914, manufactures footwear, apparel and accessories for running enthusiasts.
