VF Imagewear, a Nashville- based division of the VF Corp., located in Greensboro, N.C., has inked a deal to acquire Waukesha, Wis.–based Holoubek Inc., the apparel licensee for Harley-Davidson. Holoubek, which has annual sales topping $40 million, has held the Harley-Davidson license for 20 years. The company manufactures T-shirts, fleece and other casualwear sold exclusively in Harley-Davidson dealerships nationwide.
