Celebrating the First
Los Angeles designer Marco Morante celebrated his oneyear anniversary of designing clothes with an eclectic touch on Dec. 2 at his Marco Marco boutique in Hollywood. Enjoying party favors of wine and cupcakes were owners of Los Angeles boutique Xin, Gordon Morikawa and Neely Shearer, and Morante’s former boss, Nony Tochterman of Petro Zillia.
Morante gave some advice for boutique owners. “Stay open as long as possible; you never know who’s going to come in,” he said.
