Wet Seal's Special Committee
Foothill Ranch-based retailer The Wet Seal announced the creation of a special committee of its board of directors to explore options for turning around the company’s flagging sales and dwindling profits. The committee will be chaired by Henry Winterstern and will include Alan Siegel and Howard Gross, according to a company statement, which added that the retailer’s board “has been mandated to engage the services of a yet-to-be appointed financial advisor.”
