Gucci Names CEO
Milan-based Gucci Group has named former Unilever executive Robert Polet president and chief executive officer of the luxury brand, succeeding Domenico De Sole, who will leave his post at the end of the month. Polet is a 20-year veteran of Unilever, where he most recently headed up the company’s ice cream and frozen-foods division.
