Eddie Bauer for Sale
Downers Grove, Ill.–based catalog retailer Spiegel Group is looking for buyers for its Eddie Bauer retail division. The company has also struck a deal with Pangea Holdings Ltd., which will acquire Spiegel’s mid-range catalog and e-tail business, Newport News Inc.
