Nordstrom, Target to Join Irvine Spectrum
Nordstrom Inc. and Target Corp. are scheduled to open stores at the Irvine Spectrum Center during the next three years, according to the Irvine, Calif.–based shopping center.
Seattle-based Nordstrom expects to open a 125,000-square-foot store in late 2005. Minneapolis, Minn.–based Target will open a 135,000-square-foot store in late 2006.
Irvine Spectrum, which opened in 1995, encompasses 832,000 square feet of retail space. Currently anchored by a Robinsons-May store, the center features more than 60 stores and restaurants. —C.M.C.
