New Store for Stella
London-based designer Stella McCartney has opened a boutique at 8823 Beverly Blvd. in West Hollywood, Calif.
It is the third store for McCartney, who has one in London and another in New York.
The 2,300-squarefoot bi-level boutique is housed in an ivy-covered French-style cottage.
The daughter of ex-Beatle Paul McCartney rose quickly in the fashion world, becoming creative director for the house of Chloe at age 26 after just two collections.
She is an equal partner with Gucci Group in Stella McCartney Ltd. —Christian M. Chensvold
