Bronstein to Speak at TALA Scholarship Lunch
Kathy Bronstein, former vice chairman and chief executive officer at Foothill Ranch, Calif.–based retailer The Wet Seal Inc., will be the guest speaker at the Textile Association of Los Angeles (TALA) scholarship luncheon on Nov. 20.
Each year, TALA raises funds for students of local design colleges, including American Intercontinental University, Brooks College, Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising, Los Angeles Trade-Technical College, Otis College of Art and Design, West Valley Occupational College and Woodbury University.
Students from each college presented their sketches and completed garments in a competition for the scholarship funds.
