Designer Trunk Show with Horn as Host
Los Angeles boutique Horn hosted a trunk show for local label Diane Medak on May 15. Guests including socialite Nicky Hilton, stopped by for cocktails and a look at Medak’s Spring/Summer ’03 collection of cotton separates including camis, halter dresses and tanks. Event organizers declined to say how much of the designer’s merchandise was sold but said some guests snatched up several pieces including one who purchased 13 items. Designer Diane Medak turned out to mingle with guests and Horn owner Susanne Zenker. The 31/2 old boutique on Robertson Boulevard carries upscale labels Blumarine, Maurizio Pecoraro, Antonio Berardi, Dodo & Angelica, Ermanno Servino, Pleid Sud and the owner’s own dress label, Zenker. —Alison A.
