Material World Takes Global, Tech Focus
Noted trends analyst Navi Radjou of Forrester Research Inc. will be one of the speakers hosting seminars at the Material World Technology Solutions expo March 17–19 in Miami Beach, Fla.
Radjou’s presentation will focus on how apparel makers can use adaptive supply networks to compete in a global marketplace.
Other seminars will include a collaborative commerce discussion hosted by Andrew White of Gartner Inc., a global-sourcing presentation by Mark Goldberg of Koret, a talk on enterprise value creation by David Narramore of BearingPoint, and a case study on Reebok by Jeff Lamoreaux of SAP.
In addition, the Andean Community will hold a business reception from 4 to 6 p.m. on March 18 at the group’s pavilion in the Miami Beach Convention Center. The group will showcase the textile and apparel products of 45 member companies from Colombia, Ecuador and Peru. The group will also discuss benefits offered through the Andean Trade Promotion and Drug Enforcement Act.
