SBI Purchases Fila
New York–based Sports Brands International, owners of the Enyce line of men’s and women’s apparel, completed its purchase of the Fila label from Fila Holding S.p.A. Fila Chief Executive Officer Jon Epstein, who will remain with the label as president and CEO, said the company plans to continue its sportswear business and expand the brand into traditional sports categories, such as tennis, running, basketball and soccer.
