New Pres at Donahue Schriber
Patrick S. Donahue has been named president and chief operating officer of Costa Mesa, Calif.-based retail-development company Donahue Schriber. Donahue succeeds his brother and company founder, Daniel, who passed away Dec. 31, 2002.
Donahue most recently served the company as executive vice president of asset management and was responsible for all third-party and real-estate investment trust activities. During his 24 years at the firm, he has held positions in almost every department, including leasing, asset management and development. He currently serves as a trustee for the International Council of Shopping Centers and is a frequent speaker for both ICSC and the Institute of Real Estate Managementconferences.
In his new role, Donahue will oversee direction of the company, as well as chair the executive committee.
Donahue Schriber owns or operates 67 neighborhood, community, power and regional centers encompassing more than 13 million square feet of retail space in California, Nevada and Arizona. The firm has developed or redeveloped over 15 million square feet of retail space in its 34-year history, including the Glendale Galleria, the Tustin Market Place and the Galleria at Tyler in Riverside, Calif. —Robert McAllister
