Kagan Welcomes Padilla Back
Janet Padilla has been hired as Kagan Trim Center’s national sales manager, a post reporting to Jed Kagan, president.
“Ms. Padilla, with her lifelong industry experience, will enhance and expand Kagan Trim’s sales division, both domestically and internationally,” said Kagan.
Previously, Padilla served Kagan Trim as national sales manager for 10 years before taking a two-year sabbatical to explore other areas of the apparel industry.
In her new position, Padilla will help the trim supplier build its customer base in the domestic market, as well as place a special emphasis on expanding the company’s exporting program in Asia.
The Los Angeles-based company has been in business for 55 years, specializing in laces, braids, sequins, beads and other embellishments. —Claudia Figueroa
