Polo Jeans to Take Space in Gerry Bldg.
Independent representative Brett Morris has signed a three-year lease to open a showroom in the Gerry Building.
The 2,000-square-foot eighth-floor showroom will carry Polo Jeans Co. men’s and women’s apparel and accessories, Lauren handbags, winterwear and outerwear.
Morris was previously based in The New Mart.
Morris will move in on Jan. 1 and the showroom will be open during Los Angeles Market Week Jan. 16-20.
“We are very excited about bringing to the Gerry Building such notable and quality lines as Polo Jeans and Ralph Lauren,” said Larry Hudson, director of leasing for the Gerry Building. “These are the types of lines we are going after as tenants in the Gerry Building in our continuing effort to build the branding of this building.”
