Quiksilver Retail
Huntington Beach-based surf giant Quiksilver has purchased Park City, Utah-based retailer Beach Street, owner of 26 Quiksilver outlet stores in 16 states. Quiksilver, which picked up the stores for $7.5 million in stock, said the acquisition will help streamline operations and lessen the company’s dependence on independent off-price retailers.
