Cosmopolitan magazine, a division of the Hearst Corp., has launched a TV venture with PRAMER SCA, a subsidiary of Libert Media International. Cosmopolitan Television Latinoameacute;rica will debut on July 1 as a 24-hour cable channel aimed at young women in Latin America. Programming will include such international series as “Sex and the City,” “Melrose Place” and European TV drama “St. Tropez”; films with a feminine appeal; and original programming focusing on fashion, beauty, travel, trends, and sex and relationship advice.
