Vietnam Vote
The National Retail Federation is urging the U.S. House of Representatives to approve a measure that would extend Normal Trade Relation status to Vietnam, saying that since the reduction of duties on imports from Vietnam, that nation has become “a much more attractive place for retailers to obtain consumer products such as textiles, apparel, footwear and electronics at prices they can afford.”
