Carlos Moore Steps Down
Carlos Moore will be stepping down from his post as executive vice president of the American Textile Manufacturers Institute (ATMI). The news comes on the heels of the Washington, D.C.-based organization’s announcement that it will cut four executive positions, a move that reflects the ongoing struggles within the domestic textile industry. The organization released a statement saying, “The restructured ATMI will better reflect the size and composition of the industry it serves.”
