The Bella Dahl Fight Continues
Jeff-rey and Kymberly Lubell, creators of the contemporary denim label, filed a countersuit against Kerry and Steve Jolna, current owners of the label, and CIT Commercial Services, charging conspiracy and fraud. This represents the fourth lawsuit filed concerning ownership of the label—Jolna and CIT filed suits against the Lubells last year. The Lubells filed a countersuit against Jolna’s initial lawsuit. The Lubells and Jolna parted ways in 2001 following a brief partnership.
