Maple Tower Open for Showrooms
Maple Tower Fashion Center, a 12-story manufacturing building in the Los Angeles Fashion District, has finished converting portions of its interior into showroom space and has started to open up leasing.
The 1930s-era building features big windows and concrete floors. It’s currently home to several manufacturers that do cutting and fusing. Building owner Maple Tower Properties converted the ninth floor into two sections, which will be comprised of up to 11 showrooms. The structure, located in the heart of the Fashion District’s retail core, is also undergoing improvements to its lobby.
Located about three blocks southeast of the California Market Center, Maple Tower Fashion Center is also close to Santee Alley and dozens of fabric wholesalers.
