Kapor Honored by Medical Center

Attorney Jeffrey H. Kapor received the Chairman’s Award from the National Jewish Medical and Research Center at the Apparel Humanitarian Award luncheon on July 30 in Los Angeles.

Bruce Corbin, senior vice president of Union Bank and executive chairman of the National Jewish Medical and Research Center, presented the award to Kapor. The award is given to individuals whose volunteer efforts help the medical center achieve its goals.

“The recipients’ contributions on behalf of the institution strengthen our programs, raise awareness of our services or make new initiatives possible,” said Corbin at the luncheon. “Through their lungs, these exceptional individuals further our mission to help those who suffer from chronic lung, allergic or immune system disorders. Our success is their pride and motivation.”

Kapor is a shareholder in the Los Angeles business practice group of the Buchalter, Nemer, Fields & Younger law firm.
