Sport Chalet Set to Open in South Coast Plaza
La Cantilde;ada-Flintridge, Calif.-based Sport Chalet Inc., a specialty sporting-goods retailer, has signed on to open a 41,000-square-foot store in South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa, Calif. The store, to be located on the third level of the center’s newly remodeled west wing, is scheduled to open later this year.
After completing a $120 million upgrade last year, South Coast Plaza added 20 new tenants in 2000 and is debuting new stores this year by Yves Saint Laurent, Sergio Rossi, Giorgio Armani, Hugo Boss and Soho. —Nola Sarkisian-Miller
