Levi Strauss & Co. Accuses Guess?
Levi Strauss & Co. has accused Guess? of violating trademark laws by appropriating its trademarked stitching. This is the second trademark-infringement suit filed by the San Francisco-based company against Los Angeles-based Guess?. The two companies reached a settlement over stitching patterns in 1996.
