Energy Crisis to Be Topic of CFA Meeting
The energy crisis, its effect on the apparel and textile industry and strategies for conserving power will be the topic of a seminar at the California Mart on March 14, hosted by the California Fashion Association (CFA).
The seminar will include a panel of industry experts from several segments: Scott Edwards, president of the Association of Dyers, Printers and Finishers, Leila Mozaffari, with the California Manufacturing Technology Center and David Huard, partner in Manatt Phelps Phillips. Los Angeles County Economic Development Corp. chairman Lee Harrington will serve as moderator.
