Marcello Soltan Goes Western
Twinkling lights, sparkling champagne, a live salsa band and, of course, beautiful women—-that was the scene at designer Marcello Soltan’s party held high atop Beverly Hills on June 3. The occasion? Just another party to celebrate a new season during Los Angeles’ market week, according to Soltan, who regularly throws these all-out shindigs for his clientele. His latest collection was all about Western, featuring low-waisted corduroy and stitched denim pants, Western-style shirts and a snug denim jumper.
