New York City-based Tiffany & Co. has announced plans to open a 4,600-square-foot store in Sao Paulo, Brazil, in May 2001; the new store will be operated by Tiffany-Brasil Ltd., a subsidiary of Tiffany & Co. International, and will feature such familiar Tiffany architectural elements as the signature granite facade and cherry-wood interiors.
