Moss Adams Consolidates, Names New Director of Apparel

Moss Adams LLP, an accounting firm serving the garment industry, is consolidating all three of its offices in Beverly Hills, downtown Los Angeles and West Los Angeles into one large office on the West side of Los Angeles, where approximately 150 employees will be housed.

The company, which will soon be relocated to 11766 Wilshire Blvd., has also named Martin Hughes as director of apparel. Hughes, who serves on the board of directors of the Apparel Industries Group for the City of Hope and is a member of the Textile Professionals Club, will head the apparel division of Moss Adams, which has over 300 textile and apparel-related clients.

Moss Adams, the 13th largest accounting and consulting firm in the United States, is the largest on the West Coast. The Los Angeles office specializes in apparel, entertainment, manufacturing and distribution services.

The company has been headquartered in Seattle, Wash., since it was founded in 1913 and has offices in 21 cities throughout Washington, Oregon, New York and Great Britain. The firm also offers services in estate planning and business succession strategies. Moss Adams also provides global business services to clients involved in international trade as a founding member of Moores Rowland International, a network of firms in more than 80 countries.—Darryl James
