Designers with their roots in California made bold statements on the runway at New York Fashion Week’s Art Hearts Fashion show. Ranging from formalwear to streetwear, David Tupaz presented updated versions of classic 1980s silhouettes in vibrant living colors as well as beautifully crafted tailored dressing that made statements in black and white.
